Berkshire is our home county and where we've catered more weddings than anywhere else. From marquee receptions in the Kennet Valley to barn weddings near Hungerford and riverside celebrations along the Thames, we bring a fully self-contained pizza kitchen to your venue and bake every pizza fresh, on-site, in front of your guests.
The county's wedding venues are wonderfully varied, converted barns, walled gardens, racecourse suites, private farmland, and our setup suits all of them. We need a flat 4m x 4m space and nothing else: no power, no water, no venue kitchen. That self-sufficiency is exactly what dry-hire barns and marquee weddings call for.

Venues we cater at
Barn & Farm Weddings
Berkshire's converted barns and working farms are ideal for us. We're fully off-grid capable, position discreetly, and coordinate access and timings directly with your venue or planner.
Marquee & Tipi Receptions
Marquee weddings on private land are a Fornoza speciality. We work alongside marquee companies regularly and know how to slot into a field-based site plan without getting in anyone's way.
Country House & Estate
For manor house and estate weddings we bring food that matches the setting, 48-hour sourdough, quality Italian ingredients, and service that looks as good as it tastes.
Whether pizza is your full wedding breakfast alternative, a relaxed evening service after the first dance, or welcome slices while the photos happen, we shape the service plan around your running order. We serve up to 120 pizzas an hour, so even a 200-guest reception keeps moving.
