How our website, enquiries, events and Click & Collect orders work.

These terms are between you and Fornoza Ltd (Company No. 15671015), Lea Farm, Reading, RG10 0SS, UK. Contact: hello@fornoza.net.
1. Using this website
By using www.fornoza.com you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. Content is for information only. We may update menus, prices, availability and these terms at any time.
2. Enquiries and private events
Submitting a quote request, enquiry or Book us form is not a confirmed booking. Quotes and online estimates are invitations to treat. A booking is only confirmed when we send written confirmation (usually by email) and any agreed deposit has been received.
You are responsible for providing accurate event details (date, location, guest numbers and serving time). Changes may affect price, staffing and whether we can fulfil the booking. Cancellation and payment terms for a confirmed event will be set out in our confirmation or contract.
3. Click & Collect
Click & Collect orders are placed on a separate checkout at order.fornoza.com, hosted for us by Altaera. Payment is taken there (via Square). Their checkout terms apply in addition to these terms. Please collect at the time you select. We may refuse or cancel an order if we cannot fulfil it and will refund any payment taken for that order.
4. Allergens and food
We handle allergens in a working kitchen. Tell us about allergies before a private event, and check allergen information on Click & Collect before ordering. We cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
5. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under English law. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim relating to this website is limited to £100, or the amount you paid us for the relevant order or booking, whichever is greater.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers may also bring claims in their local UK court.
