Converting a horsebox

Due to starting a mobile pizza company with limited funds, we have to do everything as cheap as possible. Thus when we were reaching the max throughput of our limited gazebo setup we came to the conclusion that an upgrade was necessary. We also had no idea what we were getting ourselves into - long sleepless nights of ear-piercing angle grinding, burnt sleeves from welding and trips to A&E with half-severed thumbs.
