HI THERE. WE’RE FORNOZA

We’re Josh and Pav – two technically-minded friends from secondary school who traded code for crust. With backgrounds in engineering and computer science, we apply precision, obsession, and scientific method to one mission:

Our dough is a 48+ hour fermented base using UK flours.

We don’t guess. We test. Every recipe is built, iterated, and data-backed for maximum flavour

OUR METHOD

Pizza, like engineering, is about iteration.

We test water %, flour blends, fermentation time, and heat profiles.

We use tools like pH meters, probes, and thermal cameras.

Each dough batch is logged. Every improvement is tracked. Because precision = taste.
