Witney sits at the western edge of the Thames Valley, with the Cotswolds rising beyond it toward Burford and Chipping Norton. It's a town with a strong independent character and a rural hinterland that's produced some of our most memorable events — because when the setting is that beautiful, the food needs to match it.
West Oxfordshire is Cotswold-adjacent, which means a particular type of event: stone barn conversions, farm fields with valley views, walled gardens attached to manor houses. We work this area regularly and understand what it demands. Our sourdough is made with quality flour, cold-fermented for 48 hours, and baked at over 400°C in the wood-fired oven we bring on-site.

48-Hour Sourdough
Our dough cold-ferments for at least 48 hours. That slow process gives it a depth of flavour and a lightness that fast dough can't replicate — and it's one of the first things guests comment on.
Local Ingredients
We source toppings from local and regional suppliers wherever possible. That means better flavour, shorter supply chains, and a menu that reflects where we're working as much as where we're based.
Fully Mobile Oven
The wood-fired oven comes on the trailer, fires up to over 400°C, and needs only a safe outdoor space. No mains connection, no kitchen requirements — fully self-contained from setup to service.

Stone walls, wildflower meadows, barn roofs — Witney's hinterland is perfect wedding country. We bring the wood-fired oven to wherever the celebration is, and the food does the rest.
Farm & Estate Events
We're well set up for rural, off-grid events. No mains connection needed, fully self-contained, and entirely comfortable in a field or farmyard as we are in a hotel ballroom.
Summer Parties
Witney's community and the villages around it run excellent summer events. We're a regular presence at local food fairs and private celebrations in this part of West Oxfordshire.
