Abingdon is one of England's oldest market towns and sits at the southern fringe of Oxfordshire in a stretch of the Thames Valley that's genuinely beautiful. The Vale of White Horse beyond it — taking in Wantage, Faringdon and the Lambourn Downs — is traditional rural England at its best, and a part of the world we enjoy catering in.
The town's own event scene centres on the Abbey grounds, the riverside meadows and a cluster of country pubs and restaurants that host private events regularly. Further out, the villages of Drayton, Sutton Courtenay, Culham and Long Wittenham all produce bookings for us: farm parties, garden celebrations, converted barn weddings.

48-Hour Sourdough
Our dough cold-ferments for at least 48 hours. That slow process gives it a depth of flavour and a lightness that fast dough can't replicate — and it's one of the first things guests comment on.
Local Ingredients
We source toppings from local and regional suppliers wherever possible. That means better flavour, shorter supply chains, and a menu that reflects where we're working as much as where we're based.
Fully Mobile Oven
The wood-fired oven comes on the trailer, fires up to over 400°C, and needs only a safe outdoor space. No mains connection, no kitchen requirements — fully self-contained from setup to service.

Weddings in the Vale
The Vale of White Horse offers some truly unspoiled countryside for outdoor weddings. We're experienced at off-grid and field-based events where we need to be entirely self-sufficient.
Private Gardens
Abingdon and its villages have some beautifully generous private gardens. If you want to host at home, we make it work — trailer access and a flat surface is all we need.
Community Events
Village fetes, school summer fairs, charity events — the Vale has a strong community spirit and we enjoy being part of it. Our public liability insurance covers all public-facing events.
Abingdon's proximity to Oxford (just six miles by road) means many of our Oxford-adjacent events extend into this area, and we're happy to quote for anything across the OX14 postcode patch. The town's growing community of young families and professionals has driven a noticeable increase in high-quality private event catering, and we're well placed to serve it.
