How much does pizza catering cost in Reading? ▾

What are your minimum spends and per-head prices? ▾
Weddings: Minimum £1,000. From £15.00 pp (tiers: 90+ £14.50, 110+ £14.00, 150+ £13.50).
Private Parties / Birthdays: Minimum £500. From £12.50 pp (tiers: 65+ £12.00, 90+ £11.50, 115+ £11.00).
Corporate Events: Minimum £700. From £13.50 pp (tiers: 70+ £13.00, 100+ £12.50, 130+ £12.00).
What’s included in the price? ▾
12″ pizzas (one per guest), boxes/plates and napkins, plus the appropriate staffing — no surprise charges.
Do you offer vegan/vegetarian/halal options? Gluten-free? ▾
Yes to vegan, vegetarian and halal. We can’t offer gluten-free due to cross-contamination risk in a flour environment.
How far do you travel from RG10 0SS and what are the travel charges? ▾
We travel nationwide. The first 30 miles are free; after that we add £0.45 per mile.
How many guests can you serve per hour? ▾
Up to 120 pizzas per hour to keep queues short.
What’s the typical service window? ▾
We aim to serve all pizzas within a 1–2 hour window, adjusted to your guest count and schedule.
What deposit is required to book, and when is the balance due? ▾
20% non-refundable deposit to secure your date. Balance due 7 days before your event.
What’s your cancellation/reschedule policy? ▾
If we cannot attend, we refund payments and help reschedule or source a similar caterer. Client cancellations: deposit is non-refundable; reschedules subject to availability.
Are you insured, and can you provide allergen & food-hygiene documentation? ▾
Yes — public liability up to £10 million. Allergen, hygiene and risk documents available on request. VAT invoices via QuickBooks.
What space and facilities do you need on site? ▾
Footprint of 4m × 4m. Power and water not required. Indoor setups possible with ventilation; gazebo available if vehicle access is limited.

We don’t run separate kids’ menus — simply reduce the number of pizzas if many guests are children.

What extras are available and how much are they? ▾
Per-person extras: Dips £1, Seasonal salads £1.50, Dessert £3, Garlic bread £2, Charcuterie board £2.50.
Do you charge for late-night service or additional hours? ▾
No late-night surcharge. Additional hours or split service windows can be arranged at an agreed extra charge.
Are plates/serviettes included? Any hidden fees? ▾
Included: plates/boxes and napkins. No hidden fees; travel only applies after 30 miles.

Yes — mix & match is fine. Custom “wedding special” pizzas available; price depends on ingredients and prep time.

Yes — please advise in advance so we can prepare the right options.
Can you provide gluten-free pizzas? ▾
We can’t offer gluten-free due to the risk of cross-contamination in a flour environment. Not suitable for coeliacs.

How long do you need for setup and pack-down? ▾
Around 1 hour total.
What are your vehicle/oven setups? ▾
We have multiple setups (van/trailer/gazebo). We’ll confirm the best option once we know the venue and guest count.
What happens in bad weather? ▾
We can cater in rain/wind with our gazebo and wet-weather plan.
Do you need parking on site? ▾
Yes — please allow space for one car/van.
Can you serve at venues with restricted access? ▾
Usually yes — tell us about courtyards, barns, rooftops or narrow access and we’ll advise.
